Remote Camera Wildlife Shots

I'm fortunate enough to live adjacent to a large tract of [unprotected] forest.  As a result, many wild (and not so wild) animals trek through my yard.  I've seen some, but many pass through unnoticed, except by Dozer, who never misses a smell.  Because I was curious, I picked up an all weather cannon camera along with a motion detector which will trigger the camera to fire.  I've had mixed results so far - capturing a wild animal as it is going about its business is a bit like fishing.  You've got to be in the right place and be a bit lucky.  The pictures below are some of the better shots.  I have plenty of "nothing there" photos as well several "tail" shots (what the heck was that animal?).  I also captured shots of loose dogs, some of which I have never seen before (and I thought I knew all the dogs in the neighborhood).  Stay tuned to this page for more shots as I get them.

Note all pictures were taken on my property unless otherwise noted.
