floors, a cathedral-ceilinged living room with skylights, a large deck, and an
outdoor enclosed shower. Very fully equipped kitchen includes microwave and
dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Large screen porch equipped for lounging and
dining. Cable, VCR, stereo, CD player, DVD player, beach chairs, 4 bikes,
weekly trash pick-up. Very cozy and
comfortable.
Located on a quiet, private road, less than 2 miles from South Beach and less
than 2 miles to downtown historic Edgartown, this house is nestled in scrub pine
forest and abuts approximately 8 acres of conservation land.
No smoking and no pets.
$300 security deposit required. You will
need to bring linens and towels as well as purchase a ferry ticket.
Week prices include garbage pickup and housekeeping service.
